ASI maintains a professional staff of technical service engineers to ensure that customers can count on a timely and expert response to their service needs.

Installation and Start-up

Worldwide installation and start-up services are available to ensure maximum product performance and reliability. Installation assistance can range from on-site supervision to full turn-key responsibility. Standard ASI start-up services include installation inspection, web line and flow balance adjustment, safety checks, and control tuning. ASI offers these services to their customers at a fixed-cost basis, thus eliminating unknown or excessive commissioning costs.

Training

Operator and maintenance training is included as part of the start-up service contract, but can also be purchased separately. ASI’s engineers train new operators and maintenance technicians on-site, directly on the equipment.

Preventative Maintenance

ASI’s “Performance PM” program is specifically designed to reduce or eliminate the need for unscheduled service calls. During scheduled annual or semi-annual site visits, an ASI engineer/s performs a series of tasks to maintain or improve dryer performance and dependability. When this contract is initiated, the Full Coverage Warranty will be extended to three years from the date of installation.

Corrective Maintenance

Qualified ASI engineers are available for customer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If necessary and where applicable, ASI’s engineers can connect remotely via VPN access or modem to the customer’s control system to diagnose and correct problems.

Spare Parts Service

A supply of the most common spare parts is maintained for all current and previous equipment furnished by ASI. If a part is in stock, an emergency order can usually be delivered to the customer’s site within 24 hours of a request. ASI’s engineers will also work diligently to secure any non-stock parts in a timely fashion.
